WHITEPAPER · V2.0 · AUGUST 2026 · BUILT ON SOLANA MOBILE

Don't trust one AI.
Get the council.

WeMind seats a council of AI minds wired as living geometry. They debate your question, cross-examine every pair exactly once, and hand back one clear verdict, on a phone that keeps the question private.

On-device and private No key custody, no seed phrase No ads, no tracking, no data sales
01

Executive summary

One chatbot gives you one confident answer, with one blind spot. For a decision that matters, that is the wrong shape of help.

WeMind replaces the single voice with a council: a panel of specialist AI minds that argue your question, cross-examine each other, and return a verdict you can act on. What makes this council different from a group chat of bots is structure. The seven-mind council is wired as a Fano plane, the smallest perfect geometry in mathematics, so that every pair of minds is cross-examined exactly once. Twenty-one pairs, twenty-one checks, zero repeats, zero blind spots by construction. The same structure underpins the error-correcting codes that keep computer memory honest.

WeMind is a native app for the Solana Seeker phone and Android, built security-first. Sign-in is a wallet signature: no password, no seed phrase, no custody. Free questions run fully on-device, so nothing leaves your phone, and every on-device model is verified against a pinned cryptographic fingerprint before it runs. When you want cloud speed you bring your own key, or tap once for a free one. There are no ads, no tracking, and no data sales; the revenue model itself removes any incentive to exploit user data.

WeMind is not a token project and not investment advice; the Founder Pass in section 11 is a collectible access pass, not a security.

02

One model, one blind spot

Consumer AI has trained a billion people to trust a single model's single answer. That is fine for "rewrite this email." It is quietly dangerous for "should I take the job," "is this contract clause normal," or "is this token a scam."

A single model fails in ways that are hard to see from the inside. Overconfidence: the answer arrives in the same fluent tone whether the model is right, guessing, or hallucinating. One hidden bias: you get one worldview with no dissent in the room to expose it. No sense of the split: a genuine 55/45 call is flattened into a confident 100/0, and the trade-off that actually matters disappears.

People already cope by asking three chatbots and eyeballing the differences. WeMind productises that instinct, adds the structure that makes it rigorous, and does it on a phone that protects the question itself.

03

A council, not a chatbot

For each question, WeMind assembles a best-fit panel from a Society of professions: a nurse, a mechanic, a lawyer, a founder, a skeptic, whoever the question actually needs. Each mind reasons from its own role and expertise, argues in character, holds its ground, and then the council commits to a call.

You do not get a transcript to wade through. You get a verdict card:

BOTTOM LINE

The call, in one sentence you can act on.

BECAUSE

The reasoning that won.

THE SPLIT

How the council voted, so you see if it was close or clear.

WATCH OUT

The strongest objection the losing side raised.

The concrete next step.

The goal is a decision you can trust because you can see the disagreement, not a black box.

04

The geometry: seven minds, seven lines

Ask seven advisors to challenge each other and you inherit a scheduling problem. Let everyone talk to everyone and you get 21 conversations of noise; let a moderator pick the fights and the moderator's bias picks the winners. WeMind solves it with structure instead of judgment.

The seven-mind council is wired as the Fano plane: seven points, seven lines, three points on every line, and every pair of points sharing exactly one line. Applied to minds, the shape becomes a guarantee. Seven minds form 21 possible pairs; the seven lines cover all 21 in exactly 21 cross-examinations. No pair is missed, no argument is repeated, no mind escapes review, and no mind grades its own work.

Three sides, three lines through the core mind, and one circle. 7 lines × 3 pairs = 21 = every pair of seven.

This structure has pedigree. It is the seed of the Hamming error-correcting code that keeps computer memory honest, and the same shape has coordinated distributed computer systems since 1985. To our knowledge, WeMind is the first product to apply it to AI deliberation: a council wired like an error-correcting code, so that losing one voice still leaves a structure that answers. The schedule is computed and verified in code on every run; if a check ever failed, the council refuses the shortcut and takes the safe path.

05

The biology: why living systems draw this shape

Overlap seven equal circles and you get the Seed of Life, the opening move of the Flower of Life. Nature arrives at the same drawing on its own: it is the tightest way equal spheres can share space. Dividing cells pack like this in the first hours of an embryo; honeycomb, compound eyes and soap foams settle into the same pattern because it buys the most contact for the least energy.

Brains obey a related rule. A biological neural network never wires every neuron to every neuron. It runs on sparse, structured connections, which is what makes a brain affordable to grow and fast to run. Full connection is not intelligence. Structured connection is.

WeMind's council is built on that principle: seven minds, structured contact, every pair met exactly once, nothing wasted. And where biology protects information with redundancy and repair, computing found the same answer in error-correcting codes; the Fano plane is the seed of the first of them.

The alignment is exact, not decorative. Draw the flower with circles the size of the council's inner ring and the flower's own centers land on the seven minds. The WeMind logo, six points around one, has been the blueprint all along.

How it works

Ask anything. A real decision, comparison, how-to, or fact-check, in any language.

The council assembles. WeMind picks the right specialists for the question, from the Society or from the custom minds you have built.

They argue, then face review. Each mind argues from its own role. The geometry then pairs them for cross-examination. Every claim carries an honesty tag, visible in the chat:

KNOWN · sure from what the question says ASSUMED · filling a gap, and saying so UNKNOWN · does not know

When the council genuinely does not know what something is, it stops and asks you instead of guessing. A fairness and civility guardrail keeps the debate honest: attack the idea, not the person; steelman the other side; adapt the tone to the seriousness of the topic.

You get a verdict. Bottom line, because, the split, watch out, do next. Save it, share it as a card, or keep asking; follow-ups continue the same seated council.

07

The three brains

WeMind lets you choose which intelligence answers, and always shows which one is active. This is the heart of the trust model.

OFFLINE

The council runs on your phone. The question never leaves the device. No key, no account, no cost. The private default, and it works in airplane mode.

FREE

Free cloud speed with a free key, fetched in one tap. The key stays on your device. Personal memory is never sent to free third-party clouds.

API

Paste your own provider key, stored only on your device, used directly. WeMind never custodies keys and never sees your provider bill.

Because most usage runs on-device or on a key you control, WeMind's own running cost is near zero, which is exactly why it can refuse ads and data sales and still be sustainable.

08

The product

Ask, the core council: auto-assembled panels, in-character debate, honesty tags, the verdict card.

Four modes: Court, three voices and one verdict. Group, open discussion you can steer. Judge, one mind when you need an answer now. Build, design your own experts and personalities; they save forever and join your picker.

Memory, on your terms: a private memory of what matters to you, capped, visible, editable, living with your private brains. Verdicts fit your situation instead of a generic person.

Notes: save, edit, and AI-summarise any verdict so your thinking compounds.

Coming: Rooms, debating the same question with friends under an AI judge, and Ping, an end-to-end encrypted way to send a verdict to a friend. Built, not yet live; they ship after launch.

Technology & architecture

Client. Unity 6 (URP) for Android, targeting the Solana Seeker. The interface is assembled in code with a layout system that keeps every element manually adjustable and preserves those edits.

On-device intelligence. The private brain runs quantised small language models locally, so a full debate can happen with nothing leaving the phone. Every model download is verified against a pinned cryptographic SHA-256 fingerprint before it is ever allowed to run; a file that fails the check is deleted, not trusted. The engine measures the real speed of each phone and sizes the debate to fit the wait, so a slow phone gets a prompt council rather than a stalled one.

The debate engine. An orchestration layer grounds each mind in its role, runs the argument through the Fano schedule, applies the honesty tags and the civility guardrail, and composes the verdict. The geometry's coverage is verified in code on every run. Mid-debate, a mind can ask you a short clarifying question, phrased like a friend, not a form.

Backend, thin by design. Two small Cloudflare Workers back the online experience: one for accounts, future rooms, and Pro entitlement; one as an origin-locked AI proxy so free-path keys never reach the client. There is no central store of user AI keys, and on-device questions touch no server at all.

Identity & payments. Sign-in is a wallet signature: no passwords, no seed phrase, no custody. Pro is purchased on-chain from the Seeker wallet.

10

Privacy, security & trust

For WeMind, security is not a settings page; it is the product.

11

Economics

WeMind's costs are near zero by design: on-device compute, bring-your-own-key, and a 0% Seeker dApp Store fee. So it can be funded by people who value it rather than by advertisers or data brokers. Pricing is fiat-denominated for clarity but paid on-chain; nothing auto-renews, and every payment is auditable.

Or $39.99 / year. Larger councils, deeper reasoning, custom experts, export & share, theme packs, full memory. Lifetime is the value hero.

FOUNDER PASS · PLANNED

Everything in lifetime, plus founder badge, exclusive avatars and themes, early access, roadmap vote. A limited, tradeable collectible.

The paywall is drawn honestly: what is gated is bigger councils and deeper reasoning, not basic use. The private on-device council is free forever. The Founder Pass is planned, not live; it launches as a waitlist first, and it is a utility access pass, not a security or an investment.

12

Why Solana, why now

A wallet-native audience, a 0% platform fee, and on-chain payments: WeMind's pricing only works because of near-zero fees and a card-free flow. Wallet-signature sign-in with no custody is clean and natural only on a wallet-native platform, and it doubles as the security story. The app is built and tested on the Seeker itself, and the council's geometry gives the product a story no other AI app on the platform can tell.
